Trail departures vary by route and season. We operate seven days a week for guided hikes, but office hours follow the schedule above.
We're located in the Gardens neighborhood, approximately 2 kilometers from the city center. Street parking is available along Tafelberg Road and surrounding streets. The office is a short walk from the Company's Garden and within easy reach of most central Cape Town accommodations.
If you're staying in the city center, the walk takes about 20 minutes. Alternatively, metered taxis and ride-sharing services operate throughout the area. For visitors arriving by car, take Buitengracht Street toward the mountain, turn onto Orange Street, then right onto Tafelberg Road.
We typically respond to email inquiries within 24 hours during business days. For urgent matters related to bookings within the next 48 hours, please mention this clearly in your subject line. Weather-related route changes or cancellations are communicated as soon as conditions are confirmed, usually no later than 18:00 the evening before your scheduled hike.
