We offer guided hiking experiences on various routes around Table Mountain in Cape Town, South Africa. All services are subject to availability and weather conditions. We reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel any scheduled hike based on safety considerations.
When you submit a booking request through our website, you are making an offer to purchase our services. We reserve the right to accept or decline your booking based on availability and suitability. A booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from us via email.
Payment terms and methods will be specified in your booking confirmation. Prices are quoted in South African Rand and include guide services, safety equipment, and refreshments as described for each route.
Cancellations must be made in writing via email. Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled hike will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours may be subject to cancellation fees. Weather-related cancellations initiated by us will result in full refunds or rescheduling options.

Mountain hiking involves physical exertion and certain inherent risks. Participants should assess whether they have the appropriate fitness level for their chosen route. We recommend consulting a physician before participating if you have any health concerns. Participants with pre-existing medical conditions must inform us in advance.
Mountain hiking carries inherent risks including but not limited to falls, weather changes, wildlife encounters, and physical injury. By participating in our guided hikes, you acknowledge these risks and agree to participate at your own risk. While our guides are trained in safety protocols and wilderness first aid, we cannot eliminate all risks associated with outdoor activities.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
